The objective of the event is to celebrate spring and rejuvenate the self & open it.
It is called calling it "Spring Me" as we women should spring (bloom) like the flowers in the spring season.
The 5 days , 4 night program will combine Hatha Yoga and meditation with "me time" to ground and rejuvenate oneself. The retreat is suitable for all levels and all that's required is an open-mind, a no judgment attitude and the willingness and intention to take care and love yourself.
